Paths of Peace Wellness
Outdoor Yoga and
Yoga Hikes in San Diego
Paths of Peace Wellness offers guided hikes and Yoga classes throughout San Diego. Discover a hidden oasis in the heart of the city in Balboa Park, practice under the shade of oak trees in Mission Hills Park, or explore further afield through one of our signature Yoga & Hike experiences.
Connection is at the heart of every offering—inviting you to reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and those around you. Whether revisiting a familiar place with fresh intention or stepping into something new, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our hikes and post-class nature walks create space to slow down, engage with your surroundings, and build meaningful connections over time.
Locals and visitors of all experience levels are invited to come as they are and be part of a growing community rooted in connection and presence.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that our events take place on the traditional and unceded lands of the Kumeyaay people, who have cared for this place since time immemorial. We honor their deep and ongoing connection to this land and offer gratitude for their stewardship, wisdom, and presence. May we move with respect, awareness, and care for the land beneath us.
Meet Your Guide
Michelle Zilinskas
RYT 200
Hi, I’m Michelle.
Yoga has been a meaningful part of my own healing journey. There have been many moments in my life where I’ve felt overwhelmed and disconnected, and learning to come back into my body, my breath, and the present moment has helped me feel more alive.
I’ve always felt most at home in nature, and after moving to San Diego nearly a decade ago, I discovered how powerful it can be to practice outdoors—surrounded by fresh air, open space, and the quiet reminders to slow down and notice the life all around me.
Equally important has been finding community—spaces where I can show up authentically and feel supported. That’s what inspired me to create Paths of Peace: a space where you can reconnect with yourself, the natural world, and others through mindful, embodied movement.
My intention is simple: to offer practices that help you feel more present, more connected, and support you on your path back home to yourself.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 at Riffs Studios under Lauren Rotunno, and have continued my studies in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
